If you are not happy with your purchase, here's how refunds and returns work:
β Stocked items
If an item arrives damaged or faulty, let us know within 14 days of receiving it. A replacement or refund can be arranged once the issue is confirmed.
π Made-to-Order Items
Made-to-order items are custom, so they canβt usually be returned unless they arrive damaged or faulty.
π How to return
Use the contact form documenting your order number and the issue. Weβll then guide you through the return process.
π³ Refunds
Refunds will be issued via the original payment method once returned items are received (if applicable). Please allow a few business days for the refund to appear in your account.

Return shipping costs are not covered. Make sure items are unused and in original condition when returning.
