🚚 How we ship

All orders are sent with a tracked courier, so you can follow your parcel from dispatch to delivery. Courier(s) may change occasionally.

🏷️ Pricing

Pricing listed on the website excludes VAT of 20% (UK). All taxes are calculated and applied at checkout, where you will see the total order amount alongside any delivery charges.

💷 Cost

Shipping is a flat £2.99 per order if you are a UK resident. Shipping prices may change occasionally, but prices will always be kept fair and affordable. We currently do not ship to addresses outside of the UK.

⏱️ Dispatch time

Orders are usually shipped within 2–5 working days, depending on the item and whether it’s made to order or in stock.

📍 Delivery time

Once dispatched, delivery usually takes around 2–4 working days within the UK. Delays can sometimes happen (especially during busy periods), but your tracking link will always have the latest updates.

📬 Tracking

You’ll get a tracking email as soon as your order ships. If it doesn’t arrive, use the contact form so this can be looked into.

If something’s gone wrong — delayed, missing, or damaged — get in touch with us using the contact form and all issues will be investigated.

🏠 Address information

Make sure your shipping address is correct when ordering. We can’t take responsibility for parcels sent to the wrong address if it was entered incorrectly.
